2003 USAW-NJ Schoolboy Scholastic Quadrangular Duals
The 2003 edition of the prestigious Mason-Dixon Quad was held on Saturday, January
4, 2003
at the beautiful McDonogh School in Owings Mills, MD. Maryland Coach Pete Welch hosted
the event, which was sanctioned by the Maryland State Wrestling Association and
USA Wrestling. The director was Mike Clemens, and, once again, the participating
teams were:

2003 Results
This year's edition of the Mason-Dixon Quads saw the NJ
squad win 3 out of 3 of their matches. In addition to the fine efforts of all
of Team New Jersey's wrestlers, two NJ wrestlers distinguished themselves in
particular: Danny White (CJA) was named Outstanding Wrestler,
and Fred Santaite (Pascack Hills) finished the weekend as the first
ever 4-time Mason-Dixon Champion. Congratulations to all of the
participants.
