2012 Girls Scholastic State Championships

The 2012 edition of the Girls State Championships were once again held at Union HS in Union, NJ, in conjunction with the Kids States Qualifier on Sunday, January 29, 2011. There were three divisions, with Madison-style weight class separation:

	Grades 1 - 5
	Grades 6 - 8
	Grades 9 - 12

2012 Girls Olympic Style Wrestling

Women's wrestling was included in the Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia, for the first time in the summer of 2000.
