Important Changes for 2025

To compete in the USAW-New Jersey Freestyle and Greco State Tournament on May 18, 2025, all athletes must participate in at least one qualifier during the season. This is a key update for this year, so please plan accordingly.

Path to Fargo 2025

For 16U athletes aiming to compete at the 2025 Junior and 16U Nationals in Fargo, North Dakota (July):

• It is strongly recommended that you participate in at least one qualifier before the Northeast Regional Championship.

• This ensures eligibility for Fargo in case you do not place in the top six at the Northeast Regional Championship
